The El Estero Apartments were purchased in September, 2002 and remodeled by 2004. The property includes 123 – studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units. Two units are set aside for site management. The site includes a swimming pool and a laundry facility and has been designated as a Crime Free Multi Family Housing project.
