Triplex Communities

Triplex Communities consist of 11 separate triplex buildings at two separate locations; two triplexes are located at 801 and 807 E Hartson (5 2-bedroom and 1 1-bedroom) and nine triplexes located in the E.1700 block of Boone & Desmet (more commonly known as Green Gables), which has a total of 27 2-bedroom units. This project was acquired in March of 1998 and provides 33 units of affordable housing to individuals and families with incomes at or less than 50% of median income. Renovation was completed in October of 1998.
